New Naya Adda intellectual property rights aur copyright compliance ke liye committed hai. Agar aapko lagta hai ki humare platform par listed kisi website, service, review image ya text se aapke copyright rules ka violation hua hai, toh kripya use report karein.

1. DMCA Notice Submission

Copyright violation report karne ke liye hume niche di gayi files & details ke sath request send karein:

• Aapka direct physical ya digital signature.
• Us copyrighted work ka details jiska infringement hua hai.
• Platform URL link (e.g. `/website.php?id=...`) jise block ya remove karna hai.
• Aapka direct contact info (Email, Phone, Address).
• Ek declaration text ki "I have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the owner."

2. How to Submit Takedown Request

Aap direct legal report file humare Report Link Form ke through submit kar sakte hain ya hume support@nayaadda.com par legal proof attach karke email kar sakte hain.

3. Actions taken by Admin

Valid claims submit hote hi admin panel immediate action lega. Infringed listings status immediate update hokar `rejected` ya drop kar di jayengi aur review elements remove/hide ho jayenge.

4. Counter-Notice Policy

Agar kisi galat-fehmi se aapki listing copyright check me remove hui hai, toh aap standard counter-statement support@nayaadda.com par submit karke re-verification request apply kar sakte hain.
